The designs are based on client’s requirements, social & environmental responsibilities. The design criteria include durability, sustainability, quality, money and local laws. Each space is designed to embrace the functional, aesthetic and cultural aspects in spite of many conflicting requirements and adverse site conditions.

The complexities are being dealt using technologies in documentation and modelling, bringing down our concentration on being Design Architects.
