Aetas Design Studio offers design-related services including, but not limited to:

• Architecture & Interior Design

• Branding & Identity Design

• Digital Design & Consultation

Project deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

All content created by Aetas Design Studio, including design concepts, graphics, logos, and project materials, remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Review deliverables within agreed timelines

• Make payments as per the agreed terms

Failure to cooperate or make payments on time may result in project delays or cancellation.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Generally:

• A deposit is required to initiate work

• The remaining balance is due upon final delivery

Refunds are not provided for completed design work. However, if a project is terminated early, any unused portion of prepaid services may be refunded at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence, but Aetas Design Studio shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Delays caused by third-party vendors or client inaction

• Technical issues beyond our control

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external websites.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service or contract if a client violates these terms, engages in inappropriate conduct, or fails to fulfill obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Kochi, Kerala.
